Thanksgiving Dinner with family
This year we celebrate Thanksgiving on Wednesday instead Thursday. Just like before, I had a wonderful night with my dearest family. Because I had to work that day, Daddy baked the Turkey, and we all agreed that this is by far the best Turkey!!! (well...we dont cook turkey very often) The morning I marinated the Turkey with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, basil, s&p. It came out just perfect :)

Fall Foliage
This year we decided to stay in a B&B in New Preston, Connecticut for our Foliage trip. We absolutely had a great time there, and we made a promise that, we will try to revisit the place every year.

Spring time Green Projects
This year, i am planning to built a container garden at Joe's backyard. Tomato, string beans, hot and sweet peppers, eggplant, and some herbs will be in my list for now. I can't wait for the seeds to start growing. Besides, I am also attempting to grow some mushroom from coffee ground, let see how will it goes.
As for now, I am trying some alfalfa seeds sprout, and here is the the picture taken on the first day. As you can see, the seeds are starting to sprout.
