Hong Hong trip 2/20/2010

My first day here, the first thing I did was to renew the Smart ID. I have to say, people there are way more efficient than in USA.
Afterward, we get to walk around "wan chai", bought some snacks on the street:
"Lo por ban" Wives pastry"char yip dan" tea stained egg
And for lunch, we went to this local Thai restaurant hidding in the 2nd floor of a residential building.

Thai noodle
After that, we took the train to "yau ma day", Kowloon to visit my cousin, Joanna. Joanna is only 7 months younger than me, and our 2 familes has always been very close together. We lived in the same building, and went to the same secondary school, so we pretty much grew up together. I didnt tell her that I would be coming back, so this would be totally a suprise to her.

My lovely cousin gets a little bit emotional when she sees me.
By 4pm I am having a heavy jet lack attack, so I have to head back home and get into coma.
